Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from "Syd & Rex". If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase we will accept returns within 30 days of your order purchase date.

We will credit you the actual cost of your order, less applicable outbound shipping changes to the same method of payment with 5 business days of receiving the goods.

When you return your order the item must be sent back in a resalable condition (in packaging, tags attached, unwashed and unworn). 

All return shipping/insurance costs are to be covered by you.

Where applicable a refund will be made to the original form of payment either Credit Card or Paypal.

How Do I Return My Order?

To return an item simply contact our Customer Service Department on the following email and they will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA) and details of where to send the goods.
